    • Creating all rigs, animation and tools for all game based projects

    • Rigging game characters, props and animals for the game

    • Create animation tool sets and GUI for animation team in Maya

    • Rigged new assetts for the game collections front end menus

 

  • ScreamRide [2015; Principal Technical Artist, Animation, Video Production]

    • Worked as lead rigger for the project, creating character rigs, animation UI’s and toolsets

    • Developed rigging solutions for physics, UI and shared crowd face rig and animation system.

 

  • Elite Dangerous [2014; Technical Artist]

    • Created full body character rig for pilot, creating a full character suit of custom attributes for easy of animation.

 

  • Kinectimals Unleashed [2014; Principal Technical Artist]

    • Developed shared rig system that all bears, cats and dogs could use.

    • Responsible for skinning and rigging every feature animal in the game.

 

  • Tales from Deep Space [2014; Technical Artist]

    • Rigged various alien characters in the game, creating easy animation solutions.

    • Created special rig for ‘Meeklet’ worm-like character, with IK/FK and Reverse FK switching and pose matching.

 

  • Zoo Tycoon [2014; Technical Artist, Video Production]

    • Acted as part of a 3 man rigging team working on rigging 100+ animals in 5 months

 

  • Coaster Crazy [2013; Tools]

    • Created multi character recognizing synoptic view system for 3D max that re adjusts itself depending on the character being animated for unannounced project and re tooled for use on Coaster Crazy.

 

  • 4 Unannounced projects [2012-2013; Rigging and UI]

    • Worked in creating a VR user interface for AR game concept; scripted to auto animate based on scene size for video capture to reduce animation time.

    • Created a series of rigs that used a combination of skinned rigs and morph targets alongside a custom UI interface for exporting vertex data correctly.

    • Made a ‘magic carpet’ rig to emulate the movement of the magic carpet from Alladin with custom UI’s for switching between morph targets and multiple meshes for rolling up and complex movement

    • Various rigs created for digital AR greeting cards, creating and rigging UI’s for different interactions as well as making general scenery moveable to magically come alive.

 

  • Kinect Disneyland Adventures [2011; Technical Artist]

    • Responsible for rigging over 200+ unique ‘magic’ scenery objects in game, with custom attributes and animation UI’s where necessary.

    • Creating rigs for Disney characters, full face rigs and custom animation systems where necessary (e.g. Disney Princess’s dresses.)
